On this Halloween Eve, we would like to let you know about some street closings:
At approximately 4:00 you can expect to see ROAD CLOSED barriers go up along all streets that feed into the “Old Maids’ Mile” to limit/restrict traffic into the neighborhood due to the heavy pedestrian traffic.
Traffic on North Main and South Main Streets will have brief interruptions during the parade, which forms up at 6:00 PM.
Once all trick or treaters are safely back to their vehicles or inside the Town Hall for the program at 6:30 PM, we will start removing barriers to allow traffic to resume normal, with the exception of Common Street, which will remain closed until the program has concluded, to allow parents to park on the common.
